Matthew Bown

Matthew is the Camp Director at Camp Phillip in Wautoma, WI, but primary role is loving God, Camp Phillip and everyone here. He has been working at camp since 1999. He started as a member of SALT before being brought on as a Program Director in 2002. At the end of 2020, Matthew accepted the call to serve as the Camp Director. His responsibilities include directing summer camp, Year-round staff, SALT staff, and summer adult volunteers; working with the Board of Directors, designing printed publications; and managing the camp store.
